How It Works
Every month you stay subscribed counts as 1 consecutive month toward your loyalty streak.
2. Unlock Higher Tiers
Your streak automatically unlocks loyalty tiers with bigger bonuses:
- π₯ Bronze (2-3 months): +15% to +25% bonus credits
- π₯ Silver (4-6 months): +20% to +30% bonus credits
- π₯ Gold (7-11 months): +25% to +35% bonus credits
- π Platinum (12+ months): +30% to +40% bonus credits
Loyalty streaks are counted from 2024-10-01.

3. Get Automatic Bonuses
When your subscription renews each month, bonus credits are automatically calculated and added to your monthly credit allocation. No action needed!

Basic Plan (40 credits/month)
- Month 1: 40 credits (no bonus yet)
- Month 2: 40 + 6 = 46 credits (Bronze: +15%)
- Month 4: 40 + 8 = 48 credits (Silver: +20%)
- Month 7: 40 + 10 = 50 credits (Gold: +25%)
- Month 12: 40 + 12 = 52 credits (Platinum: +30%)
Standard Plan (80 credits/month)
- Month 1: 80 credits (no bonus yet)
- Month 2: 80 + 16 = 96 credits (Bronze: +20%)
- Month 5: 80 + 20 = 100 credits (Silver: +25%)
- Month 8: 80 + 24 = 104 credits (Gold: +30%)
- Month 12: 80 + 28 = 108 credits (Platinum: +35%)
Premium Plan (380 credits/month)
- Month 1: 380 credits (no bonus yet)
- Month 2: 380 + 95 = 475 credits (Bronze: +25%)
- Month 5: 380 + 114 = 494 credits (Silver: +30%)
- Month 9: 380 + 133 = 513 credits (Gold: +35%)
- Month 12: 380 + 152 = 532 credits (Platinum: +40%)
Life happens! If you need to cancel your subscription, we've got you covered.
- Your subscription ends on your next billing date
- You get an additional 30 days to resubscribe
- Your loyalty streak is preserved during this grace period
- Resubscribe before the grace period ends = keep your entire streak!
Important: When you resubscribe within the grace period, you'll receive your base plan credits only (no bonus yet). Your loyalty bonus will resume on your next monthly renewalΒ after resubscribing, with your preserved streak intact.
Grace Period Example
- Jan 1: You subscribe (Month 1)
- Feb 1: Auto-renewal β Month 2, Bronze tier unlocked (gets 80 + 16 = 96 credits)
- Mar 1: Auto-renewal β Month 3, still Bronze (gets 80 + 16 = 96 credits)
- Apr 1: Auto-renewal β Month 4, Silver tier unlocked! π₯(gets 80 + 20 = 100 credits)
- Apr 15: You cancel your subscription
- Your subscription ends on May 1 (next billing date)
- Grace period extends to May 31 (May 1 + 30 days)
- Your 4-month streak is saved!
- May 20: You resubscribe (within grace period)
- Result: You still have your 4-month streak! π
- Credits received: 80 credits (base only, no bonus yet)
- Your Silver tier status is preserved for the next renewal
- Next renewal β Month 5, Silver bonus applied (gets 80 + 20 = 100 credits)
If You Miss the Grace Period
- Jun 5: You try to resubscribe (after May 31 grace period)
- Result: Streak resets to Month 1
- You start over, but you can build your streak again!
Q1: When do I start earning bonus credits?
You start earning bonuses on your second month (first renewal). Your first month establishes your streak.
Q2: Are bonuses added automatically?
Yes! When your subscription renews each month, the system automatically:
- Increments your streak count
- Calculates your bonus based on your tier and plan
- Adds bonus credits to your account
- Logs the transaction in your credit history
Q3: How can I check my current loyalty tier?
Go to Settings β Plans or check your Dashboard. You'll see:
- Your current loyalty tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum)
- Number of consecutive months (Count from 2024-10-01)
- Months remaining to reach the next tier
Q4: Do yearly subscriptions work differently?
Yearly subscriptions start at 12 months streak immediately, putting you at Platinum tier from your first renewal! You'll get the maximum bonus percentage for your plan category.
Q5: How are bonus credits calculated?
Formula: Bonus Credits = Base Plan Credits Γ Bonus Percentage (rounded up)
Example: Silver tier (25% bonus) on Standard plan (80 credits):
- Bonus = 80 Γ 0.25 = 20 β 20 credits (rounded up)
- Total = 80 + 20 = 100 credits
Q6: Why do different plans get different bonus percentages?
We use a tiered system based on plan value:
- Basic Plans: Lower tier, smaller bonuses (15-30%)
- Standard/Pro Plans: Mid tier, medium bonuses (20-35%)
- Premium/Elite/Ultimate Plans: Top tier, maximum bonuses (25-40%)
This ensures fair rewards proportional to your plan investment.
No. Trial plans are excluded from the loyalty program. You must subscribe to a paid plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium tier) to earn bonuses.
Good news! Your streak is preserved when you switch plans. However:
- Your bonus percentage may change based on your new plan's tier category
- Example: Switching from Premium β Basic means lower bonus % (but you keep your months)
Cancellation & Grace Period Questions
Q9: What exactly is the 30-day grace period?
When you cancel, your subscription ends on your next scheduled billing date. We then add 30 extra days for you to change your mind and resubscribe without losing your progress.
Timeline:
- Cancel on: Any day
- Subscription ends: Your next billing date
- Grace period ends: Next billing date + 30 days
Q10: What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails:
- You'll see an "Overdue Payment" warning on your dashboard and plans page
- Your streak is at risk but still recoverable
- You have until your grace period expires to either:
- Option 1: Update your payment method (check email from Paddle)
- Option 2: Cancel and resubscribe with a new payment method
As long as you act within the grace period, your streak is safe!
No. When you resubscribe within the grace period, you'll receive base plan credits only (no loyalty bonus). Your preserved streak means you'll earn the loyalty bonus again on your next monthly renewal after resubscribing.
Example: You had 5 months (Silver tier, 25% bonus). You cancel and resubscribe within grace:
- Resubscribe payment: 80 credits (base only)
- Next renewal: 80 + 20 = 100 credits (Month 6, Silver bonus resumes!)
Your streak is preserved, but bonuses only apply to renewals, not resubscriptions.
Q12: Can I resubscribe multiple times and keep my streak?
Yes! As long as you resubscribe before your grace period expires, you can cancel and resubscribe as many times as needed. Your streak months are preserved.
Q13: What happens if I resubscribe after the grace period expires?
Your streak resets to Month 1. You'll start fresh and need to rebuild your loyalty tier from the beginning.
Q14: How are months counted?
- Monthly plans: Each successful renewal = +1 month
- Yearly plans: Start at 12 months immediately on first renewal
Q15: Do paused months count?
If you're within your grace period (canceled but still have time), those days don't count as months. Only successful billing cycles count.
Tiers update immediately when you hit the threshold:
- Month 2: Bronze unlocked
- Month 4: Silver unlocked
- Month 7: Gold unlocked
- Month 12: Platinum unlocked
Q17: Is there a tier higher than Platinum?
Platinum (12+ months) is the highest tier. You'll continue receiving maximum bonuses for as long as you stay subscribed!
Q18: What if I see wrong bonus credits?
Contact our support team immediately with:
- Your current streak months
- Your plan name
- Expected vs actual bonus credits

No. Loyalty streaks are tied to individual user accounts and cannot be transferred.
Your streak months are preserved. Only your bonus percentage changes based on the new plan's tier category.

- Stay subscribed continuously - every renewal counts
- Choose higher-tier plans - Premium plans get up to 40% bonuses at Platinum
- Go yearly - instant Platinum status (12 months) on first renewal

No. Loyalty bonuses only apply to subscription renewal credits. One-time credit purchases are separate and don't receive loyalty bonuses.
