Agility Writer’s Smart Editor is a powerful tool designed to help you easily refine and enhance your articles. From adjusting tone and readability to generating new content sections, the Smart Editor provides a full range of options to make your writing clear, engaging, and aligned with your goals.
Pro Tip: For best results, select a maximum of 4-5 paragraphs at a time when fine-tuning. Selecting the entire article may result in partial or lower-quality output.
Note: The Smart Editor offers free unlimited generations as long as you have an active plan. Fair usage policy applies, and usage is logged to ensure compliance. The AI Assistant is not available to trial users and is exclusive to those with paid subscriptions, providing them with comprehensive editing and customization options.
When using the Smart Editor, it’s possible to make adjustments that introduce complex HTML structures into your content. This may cause issues if you directly publish the article to WordPress’s block editor. If you encounter any formatting problems, consider one of the following solutions:
Publish in Classic Editor mode in WordPress, which is more compatible with HTML-heavy content.
Use the copy/paste method to transfer the content, ensuring a cleaner format in the block editor.

Once your article is generated, you can access the Smart Editor by clicking the "Edit Article" button in the article details or article history menu. This will open the Smart Editor.
